Paul McCartney and Wings 1979 UK 1st PROMOTIONAL FACTORY SAMPLE DEMO pressing of the 'Back To The Egg' LP. Released on the 8th June 1979 and offered here with wonderful EXCELLENT+/MINT- condition vinyl and almost ALL inserts in stunning MINT- condition.

Released on the custom Parlophone/MPL label with FACTORY SAMPLE NOT FOR SALE sticker on the side two label. The package contains: vinyl, sleeve, inner sleeve, Wings compliments slip, Back To The Egg badge, 6 postcards (2 designs) and 5 cigarette cards. An incredibly rare addition to any Paul McCartney or Beatles collection.

The matrix numbers are:

Side 1: YEX 987-2 1 ? NICKW (I cannot make out the digits indicated with a ?)

Side 2: YEX 988-1 2 ? NICK

The vinyl is in EXCELLENT+/MINT- condition.

Both labels are in MINT- condition.

The sleeve is in EXCELLENT condition.

The inner sleeve is in MINT- condition. BUT has a small seam split at the bottom edge. I will include an additional inner sleeve to protect the original.

This LP will be very carefully packaged for transit. UK recorded postage is: £4.55. EU recorded postage is: £12.95. Rest of the world recorded postage is: £18.95. Combined, reduced postage is available.
