Label:   WARNER BROS.  Stereo pressing on medium weight vinyl.  Label is green with black text, with deep groove.  Catalog number is WS 1356.

Condition: 

DISC:   Vinyl is gorgeous NM, a beauty!  The playing surface is immaculate, with a high luster, played a small number of times and handled with care.  Plays beautifully with superb fidelity.  Labels are clean and pristine. 

JACKET:    Jacket is nice VG+ to VG++.  Front art work is clean and bright, except a few slight traces of ring wear are just beginning to appear, and there is a small bump at bottom right corner. 

Reverse has signatures of Jim Hall, Percy Heath and Connie Kay.  There are a few slight traces of wear and darkening along the spine edge of reverse panel.  Spine has some wear and splitting of outer layer.  No stickers, cutout indications, or other issues.  Overall a very fine and unique jacket to accompany the superb disc.
