SECOND AND final album from this highly respected British progressive rock band featuring the consumate talents of vocalist Mike Patto and super guitarist Ollie Halsall. If ever a band deserved to have made the big time but were so cruely denied the opportunity then it was Patto.

The beauty of Patto's music was that they were never afraid to mash together different styles from cool Mingus style jazz to full on riff-rock ala Led Zeppelin. It was done with such consumate ease that the music sounds like a free flowing river of creativity punctuated by unexpected twists and turns that will leave you stunned and, to a degree, perplexed. Halsall, now deceased, is without doubt the single most creative guitarist of the era and here I'm including folk such as Beck, Page, Holdsworth and Bolin. His solos are slinky, unexpected and super fast. So fast, in fact, that your jaw will unhinge as he wizzes through some of the most difficult mind bending licks you'll ever hear. Ever since I first heard his playing I've been a life long devotee.

This is an album that will enthrall and captivate you. You will play it once and like it. You'll play it again and love it. You'll play it for a third time and sell the rest of your collection.
