So, up for auction is a very rare original DUTCH - ONLY vinyl pressing of Pat Metheny Group’s The Road To You (Recorded Live In Europe) DOUBLE album that was manufactured in 1993 in Netherlands by Geffen Records with original 1st press black with silver and white print labels, Cat No GEF 24601, Matrix Nos 08 56176 20 1 A 1 GEF 24604  [A side], 08 56176 20 1 B 1 GEF 24604  [B side], 08 56176 20 1 C 1 GEF 24604  [C side] and 08 56176 20 1 D 1 GEF 24604  [D side, all machine - stamped] pressed on thick quality vinyl, housed in 1st press color printed inner sleeves into an outer color laminated single sleeve and marketed by BMG Ariola, it features recordings during concerts in Italy and France plus a solo guitar studio recording!

notice: This very copy was imported in Greece by BMG Greece S.A. -  the local distributor of Geffen back on those days - and it was given away as a PROMOTIONAL copy - that’s why the 3 x 2 cm white and red FREE SAMPLE [= ?????? ?????? in Greek language] sticker STILL INTACT on the back!

Grading:I use the GOLDMINE standards for grading STRICTLY & CONSERVATIVELY  the condition of the items listed. The grading is mostly visual, though I d? “spot check” each of the songs play-graded on a Technics SL-1200MK2 with a, weight of 1.5 gram, Stanton 681 EEE MK III! As for the covers, please, look at the photos to evaluate yourself - with grading being a subjective matter, pictures are an objective way to evaluate for yourself!

I personally write all of my own descriptions, take all of my own photos, and package all items for mailing myself.
