ORIGINAL VERY RARE LP BY PAT BENATAR'S FIRST BAND "COXON'S ARMY"

LP WAS RECORDED LIVE IN EARLY 1974  AT SAM MILLER EXCHANGE CAFE

also included is two version of an article printed in local paper about the release of the LP
1st -  version contains the article on 2 pages and front cover
2nd - version is article condensed to 1 page for framing

THIS RARE LP WAS RELEASED ON THE TRACE LABLE
(the lable on lp is black with orange lettering)

ACTUAL VINYL IS VERY GOOD CONDITION(few very minor marks - play great)
 AND THE JACKET HAS  MINOR / SLIGHT RING WEAR WITH  SPLITTING IN SEAM AREA ON TOP AND BOTTOM

I would give it a good+ to very good overall rating
