PASTEURIZED ASHTRAY - Shaggy Drapes / Bad Moon Rising 45rpm vinyl single(red colored vinyl) Label - IMA VICTIM(TW-10) Year - 1970(recorded 1969) Genre - Feistily defiant of any established music genre...I'd file this under "outsider country psych"...it's a sublimely WTF wonderwork, imparting an "otherness" which is variably redolent of PETER GRUDZIEN. Reportedly a Las Vegas-based one-off, the involved personnel( Morley Bartnoff, Brent Maher, and Tom Willett)went on to other, more notable music projects.
