wow, this record is in incredible condition. My older record collector friends tell me Bell issued few promos and that makes sense because all our years of working at stores and going to record conventions, we've seen very few of these white label LPs on Bell, while we have seen this white label on 45s more often.
anyways, yes the promo versions of these are rare but more importantly, this looks/is in the condition just the way anyone would want it. you couldn't ask for more unless it was sealed, and promos rarely ever come sealed. You'll notice they took the trouble to put the gold "hype" sticker directly on the cover, so, while maybe the buyer would prefer it was on the shrink wrap, it's still great that it's there, as with promos, you often don't get to have that hype sticker included. You'll notice also only on the promo versions of these, on the back cover, it has another (white) sticker that has suggested cuts for airplay.
OVERALL, for vinyl, this has to be on the top list of rare Partridge Family stuff,

*******As a longtime seller AND buyer of LPs through the mail…We use oversized 13 x 16 inch mailers with "air cells" on the left and right of the LP to ensure no corner damage. We always ship the the vinyl outside of the sleeve (if not sealed) and pack the inner sleeve separately if necessary to insure it gets no seam split in travel. Also, if not obvious, we do not use the term Mint for open product. near mint is the top grade even if perfect. NM NM- VG++ VG+ VG
