Description
Panta Rei: same 1973, Sweden/Harvest E 062-34828. Disc appears to be in beautiful EX to M- shape visually, but my stylus moves slightly towards the label and back towards the edge at the intro of each side, suggesting a slight warp. There is nothing audible on side one, but side two opens with a quiet intro, so you can hear a bit of hiss for the first moment. This is not a big deal, most sellers would not mention it... the disc gets a strong VG+ grade to be strict but it plays almost flawlessly M-. Cover has some dulling of the lamination and a few small creases, no splits, this is EX. Has a plastic inner sleeve with an EMI logo on it that I assume is original. Totally stunning heavy prog crusher from Scandinavia sounds like a whole LP of Frank Zappa shutting up and playing insane lead guitar, no kidding! This thing is nuts! Band does five intense, mostly instrumental tracks here that will make you go slack-jawed. I haven't had a copy of this LP in a long time, and with that scary cover, there's no way you're gonna stumble across one at your local church bazaar!
