"Heartaches & Pain" is EXTREMELY in-demand on both the northern soul and funk scenes. It's one of the best uptempo soul tunes ever recorded in my humble opinion. Don't miss out on the b-side which is a superb and almost entirely unknown straight funk dancer with heavy drum breaks. As far as I can tell, this is a second issue copy, but I'm honsestly very confused about which is the first and which is the second issue of this 45. On this copy the a-side matrix reads "TBS 1001 A - 196 SUPERDISC" and the b-side matrix reads "TBS 1001 B 95 Superdisc".
