Nice copy of the super-rare original 1974 pressing of the legendary Violento LP by Paco Navarrete y su Conjunto Show, on Discos Latin International DLIS-3003. One of the rarest and most collectible Latin albums ever, an incredible classic of Costa Rican salsa / guaguancó, featuring the famous title track, Violencia. The disc has some scuffing and light marks but it actually plays quite beautifully. It sounds way better than it looks, and it doesn’t look all that bad. The marks are mostly entirely superficial, and it plays fantastically wirh only light background hiss between tracks. No pops or skips at all. Really a great player. The cover has tape all around the edges, but it doesn’t appear to have seam splits. There is some writing in a couple of spots and light signs of general use and age but actually quite clean overall. I have been collecting this sort of thing for many years and have never seen a better copy of this one. Every copy is much more worn than this one. If a minty copy ever showed up it would probably get $1,000. Anyhow this is a great copy, and it sounds fantastic. So rare!
