Description

This is a rare promo only picture disc. In 1981, 5 Ozzy Picture Discs were released to promote Diary of A Madman. Here is the Fourth of the set. Extremely Rare only about 100 produced. This is original and not some re-issue. Very RARE. The black and white picture shows the release discs associated with the Live E.P. 

It's 45 RPM. Jet Records. Same picture on both sides . Picture of both sides is shown. Record condition is NM.

The original note included stated this:
