Owl John's 2014 Self-titled Album 'Owl John' released in 2014 on Atlantic Records - Cat. #825646241019 Condition - Near Mint/Near Mint
Owl John was a side project by late great Scott Hutchison of Frightened Rabbit - It was a solo project that Scott did between releasing Pedestrian Verse and Painting of a Panic Attack. Scott says it was a way to take a break from Frightened Rabbit which he had spent the previous 10 years focusing on and needed a way to reset himself so that he could come back and write the next album Painting of a Panic Attack which turned out to be another masterpiece of an album.
All artwork is also done by Scott Hutchinson.
The copy that I am selling is from my own personal collection and has been opened and listened to but only a few time. Frightened Rabbit and Scott Hutchison have created some of my favorite music and will alway be in my top 5 artists of all time. Both the cover and vinyl are in Near Mint Condition (a grade a seldomly give) but there are no markings or flaws to either. There is still the original cellophane and hype sticker on the cover. Also included are the original inner printed insert and unused MP3 download card. I am only selling this album because I really need to downsize my collection and I really really need to purchase a new car.
If you like Frightened Rabbit and haven't heard Owl John you will love it and if you already know of Owl John then you're aware of what a wonderful and now rare album this is. My need of a car has become your chance to purchase an amazing album!
