ANN BENSON LP High Flying Bird (Aspen Studios). Released 1968.
***Only 500 copies were pressed of this album. This is stated on the enclosed order form.
Original US stereo release. Includes a cover of "Come Tomorrow" credited to one "John Townes Van Zandt" & "Tomorrow Is A Long Time" (Bob Dylan. Also, "High Flying Bird" by Billy Ed Wheeler & "Molly & Tenbrooks" by Steve Gillette & "Ira Hayes" by Peter Lafarge. Ann was living in Dallas & San Antonio when she released this boss album. I believe she was attending Trinity College. Also included is a separate personal hand-written letter written by her mother to an acquaintance in New York City discussing folk artists & introducing Ann's music. The mailing envelope with beautiful 6 cent stamp is included. (The letter, order form & envelope are not taped to or attached to the cover or anything else). Very limited release.

COVER - VG
No stains, writing, tape, stickers, puncture holes, water damage, cut-out marks, price tags, or color fading. Tiny quarter-inch seam split at both openings & some noticeable creases on front & back. But the color & print are still very good. Slight ring wear. Illustration & print are sharp and are free of sun washout. Moderate corner banging. One side of the label has some faint mottled discoloration. The other side looks great. Sharp cut hole free of spindle brushings.
DISC - E+
A light scratch on side B on cuts 2 & 3. A fairly tolerable blemish. Some very faint flecks scattered about the surface. No major scratches. No skips or warping. Album has been stored in a climate-controlled environment.
