Oscar and the Majestics House of the rising sun 1969/Dawn RARE 45 on SOULFUL Label very very Rare Gary Indiana garage psych vinyl is vg, probably better but I don't want to enter into a condition hassle. Labels are pretty clean and are light pink so see pics. Plays all the way through with some surface sound and some small-ish scuffs. Side B is not Dawn by the 4 seasons. It's an instrumental. I have researched this rarity and cannot find one anywhere as of this writing. Fuzzy electric guitar psych /garage 60's rock played right. Got questions let me know. I found this in a small town in Indiana at an antique shop. If this goes well I have more rare to rare-ish 45's and LPs. Northern soul and rock. Good Luck
