OUR NEW RETURN POLICY.

Our latest return policy has been meticulously crafted with the aim of discouraging any misuse of eBay's system. It is important to emphasize that this policy is specifically designed to maintain a fair and secure shopping environment, and it is not intended for the wonderful, trustworthy, and devoted clients who contribute positively to the eBay platform. Your loyalty and honesty are greatly valued, and this policy serves to protect your continued exceptional experience with us.

Returns:

In response to instances of misuse of eBay's return policies, we have refined our return policy to align with fair and responsible practices. We welcome you to initiate a return if your received item does not meet its description, arrives damaged, has missing parts, or is not delivered as expected.

Returns Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must remain in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. If the returned item is opened, used, damaged, or missing parts, or if damage occurs during the return shipment due to inadequate packaging, we may deduct a portion from your refund to account for the loss in the item's value.

Our Commitment to Customer Satisfaction:

We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction and happiness with your purchase. We will do our utmost to communicate and resolve any issues promptly.

Return Shipping Labels:

In most cases, we are unable to provide a return shipping label. We kindly request that customers purchase the return label themselves and share a screenshot of the tracking number, which should also display the shipping amount paid along with the chosen payment method (e.g., e-transfer or PayPal). This allows us to promptly reimburse you for the purchased label.

Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly. If you discover that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately. We will promptly assess the issue and take the necessary steps to rectify it.

Exchanges:

If you wish to receive a different item, the quickest method is to return the item you have. Once your return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for eBay to process and post the refund as well.

Alternative Resolutions:

In certain situations where we do not accept returns, we may consider alternative solutions:

• Partial Refund with Item Retention: This option can be a compromise when we are unable to accept returns, such as when a wrong item was accidentally ordered.
• Replacement or Exchange: Instead of a refund, we may offer the choice to exchange or receive a replacement item.
• Declined Return Request: We reserve the right to decline a return request, especially if it contradicts our stated return policy or if the return request was initiated beyond the specified timeframe.

Communication:

Should we require further details about your return request, we will contact you to gather the necessary information.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience on eBay.
