Description
Here we have a small collection of new old stock original 78 labels that were never used. All Sun records but for the one on Jet. These are all pretty rare titles, (wish I had the actual records!) I figured someone might want these as they are pretty cool even with out the records attached. I got them from a record dealer friend many years ago, he had bought out a large jukebox distributor in the south in the 1970s and a bunch of these labels were found among the stock of records. The labels are as pictured below, Big Fine Healthy Thing - Billy the Kid Emerson (blues), Black Jack David - Warren Smith (country bop), Rock .n Roll Ruby - Warren Smith (rockabilly), Hot Dog - Pico Pete (rockabilly, was a very rare early recording by the young Buck Owens), Signifying Monkey - Smokey Joe (R & B/blues), Defrost Your Heart - Charlie Feathers, Jukebox, Help Me Find My Baby - The Rhythm Rockers, and Sonny Burgess - Red Headed Woman -- the last three are rockabilly titles. The Sonny Burgess label is not faded, it is just reflecting the camera flash. These are guaranteed original from the 1950s, no bootleg stuff. I have no idea what they are worth so I'm starting the bidding at 99 cents with no reserve.
Check my 100% positive ebay feedback and be confident that this item is honestly represented. Please do not bid if you do not intend to actually buy and pay for the items! I will ship these USPS priority mail or international first class in a well protected envelope so that they do not get bent or folded in transit.
