Original, authentic 7" Nirvana "Love Buzz" single from Sub Pop. This was a Singles Club release. This single is UNNUMBERED, one of the 100-200 copies that were not part of the 1000 numbered copies. It is without a doubt a geunine copy, sent to the owner by Sub Pop. The owner was a member of the singles club. According to nirvanadiscography.com, there were 1200 of these sleeves printed. 1000 of those were numbered. The leftovers were then apparently marked with a red marker line. This is one of the copies that was marked with a red line.
The label and cover are in mint condition with no smudges, creases or folds. The foldover flap is not attached. It is a singles club purchase, though. The record has been lightly played and the vinyl is mint. The b-side was never even played. The record was stored vertically in a vinyl dust cover. There are no imprints on the cover from the label or other blemishes. The engraving on the skip groove has hand-etched serial numbers (SP-23-A, L-31540 Kdisc on side A and SP-23-B and L=31540X Kdisc on the b-side) and the hand-etched inscription: "Why don't you trade those guitars for shovels?" on the a-side.
Reserve for this item is $1000.00. Shipping within the US will be USPS Priority Mail, with mandatory insurance. Insurance cost will depend on the closing amount, but to give you an idea would be $11.20 for $1000 value and $21.20 for $2000 value. Signature confirmation will also be mandatory so the winner will have to sign for this package. If paying by Paypal your shipping address MUST be CONFIRMED. Payment will be denied if your address is not current and confirmed.
International bidders, Global Express shipping with Insurance will be mandatory. Global Express has tracking so we can keep an eye on the package. Global Express with Insurance up to $2000 will run around $36.00, but the cost will depend on the closing price.
