Description
I have decided to part with my collection of jazz, rock and blues vinyl records after 60 years of collecting. I will list hundreds of records in the next few months. You are bidding on a super rare original jazz record called Action, Action, Action by the great Jackie McLean on Blue Note, 4218, mono, New York label. Sight-graded under a high-powered light, the record has no observable flaws, except a super light mark on side 1 (maybe a time someone took it from the sleeve?) so I would rate it a NM. There is no "ear" for the plastistyle and Van Gelder is printed on both sides of the dead wax. So, according to discogs, this is the first edition of this record. The cover has no flaws either, with 90 percent of the cellophane intact!!! (though there are a few marks underneath the cellophane, possibly indicating a printer error of an early copy) so again I would rate it as a NM. It's a copy that really can't be beat. I combine shipping.
