Description

This is the real original recording of Elvis' "Good Rockin' Tonight" released in 1954 on Sun records. This 78 was the second single ever released by Elvis and also credits Scotty and Bill, it includes "Good Rockin' Tonight" b/w "I Don't Care If the Sun Don't Shine." The label is Sun Records 210 with matrix numbers U-131 and U-130.

This 78 has been played and shows some wear and scratches on the surface of both sides, including a circular ring around the entire circumference of the A-side. The record has been played all the way through with minimal background distortion and no skips on our record players. Both sides of the record have a ring stain on the label itself, with a second ring stain visible on the B-side. According to our 35 year old grading scale explained below, This record looks like a V+ but plays like an E- on a player dedicated to playing 78s. For a 52 year old record that has seen some play throughout the years, it's in good shape.

This classic early rockabilly treasure is a must have for a serious collector. Be sure to win this item and re-discover why Elvis is still The King.
