Very Rare White Label Promotional 45 RPM record from RCA
Old Shep - the flip side is blank.
Label shows "Not For Sale - For Professional & disc Jockey Use Only" with the RCA dog on the left side of the label.
Number is CR-15
Dead Wax is stamped H7 OW3721-1A
The Flip side is Blank with no recording and no label.
Condition is a Nice VG+ with spindle wear on the label (see photo)
