This is an original mono white label promo LP:  THE SPENCER DAVIS GROUP - GIMME SOME LOVIN' (United Artists / UAL 3578).
Record is glossy with some light wear / scuffing and a few marks / scratches - spot checked for sound and record plays and sounds great with only a light background crackle during quieter parts that does not overpower or distract from music. 

Cover shows some light wear / paper tearing on seams - top seam split appx. 1/8 inch at opening - no writing - promo stamp on back cover.
