This is an original 1978 test pressing LP:  THE CARS - THE CARS
One sided test pressing. 
Record is in excellent condition and looks unplayed!
Run off groove: 6E-135-A1-RE-PRCW 1 STERLING
Plain white 12'' jacket - shows only faint wear - no split seams - no writing - one small piece of tape (see scans).  
No reserve.
