ARTIST: MC5 - TITLE: High Time
LABEL: Atlantic - MATRIX: SD-8285
Original 1st Pressing - 1841 Broadway
JACKET: (EXC) Bright Bold Colors, Minor storage wear. Some corner bumps. No Splits. Cut out mark. Thick Cardboard Gatefold. Original Inner Sleeve. Small Side Split.
VINYL: (EXC to NM-) Glossy Vinyl, Minimal scuffs or trails. Plays with Minimal Background Noise on most tracks. Side 1 better grade than Side 2. And as is typical with MANY 1841 Broadway Pressings. No matter how clean and glossy the wax, there is the factory crackle. Look up Zep's 1st lp with the 1841 Broadway and you'll hear the same talk of the inherent snaps and crackles between tracks and on low passages. This is most evident on Side2 Track1 on High Time.
COMMENTS: SOUND TESTED!!! on my Technics SL-1300. Look and make sure others listed as NM or NM- have been sound tested, not just visual.

RECORD GRADING SYSTEM
Here is the method that I use to describe condition of vinyl so that you will have a good idea of what you will be getting:- Mint: I do not use this at all unless sealed.
- Near Mint: is near perfect & as close to being unplayed as possible. Minimal to no background noise
- Excellent: has only superficial signs of use that do not affect play. May have light background noise/crackles.
- Very Good: is a used, reasonable copy. There will be obvious signs of wear and the possibility of surface scratches. Moderate, typical crackles and pops that come with normal usage.
- Very Good Minus: shows significant wear and marks. Obvious crackles and pops.
- Anything less than these ratings I normally do not sell unless it is very rare, very collectible and would more than likely not be played.
