Description
This is an original thick heavy vinyl deep groove U.S. lp on PACIFIC JAZZ Label PJ-1217. called: GRAND ENCOUNTER TWO DEGREES EAST, THREE DEGREES WEST. There are 6 tunes, players are: BILL PERKINS, JOHN LEWIS, JIM HALL, PERCY HEATH & CHICO HAMILTON. These early originals are getting harder to find in nice condition. This one has very clean labels with no spindle marks, and very glossy playing surfaces, no groove wear, defects, scratches, warps, sleeve stains, etc. I noticed only 3 very light surface scuffs that do not affect play. I played excerpts, they sounded clean and clear with no distortion or annoying background noise. Cover has bottom center seam splitting, wear top seam and spine, front is very good, back has light wear and browning also has some small pen marks. CONDITION: COVER VG+ / LP NM - - .
