Original press of this mega-cult OST by master Franco Micalizzi. The movie by cult director UMBERTO LENZI is from 1977 and the LP was actually released one year later as dated on matrix (6-11-78). This is the Crime/Polizziotesco/Thriller to end all soundtracks, Machine-gun of the best Dark, Suspense and Spy movie sounds played with a central Jazz-Funk and Sleaze Funk mood.

Starring actors like John Saxon, Tomas Milian and Maurizio Merli Italian, about the music we have a superb small Funk Orchestra directed by maestro Micalizzi. The instrumentation features a strong breakbeat driving every track, with hard brass, sleazy guitar and evil flute. The main theme is outstanding and reprised throughout the score. Includes the killer track 'Affanno', made famous by Bboy Cassidy's sample. Incredible Hip-Hop beats and Breaks, Thrilling percussions and Dark Crime/Action themes, aggressive and spooky Funk and Synthesizer. Great for DJs!

Side A opener "BIG FIGHT" killer Synthesizer thrilling notes accompained by huge horn sessions as for the entire LP; Poliziesco/Action Jazz-Funk with heavy Breaks and percussions. Tensed evil phased flute "DROGA E PAURA" with Dark drugs atmospheres. Yet another dope Breaks "SENZA VIA D'USCITA", breathless Crime theme, sleaze guitar and Synth. Following "DARK SUSPENCE" describes itself, while "PRONTI PER L'AGGUATO" is spooky theme with strings too. Side B opener "RUNNING TO THE AIRPORT" famed pursuit theme, wonderful Crime groovin' Piano, drums and horns, magnific. "DEEP NIGHT", deep and dark atmospheres again, Crime extended DJ/producers Hip-Hop groove on "CACCIA AL CINESE" with always the same Dark and tensed vein. "FIATO SOSPESO" features isane Breaks, stoned killer flute and piano solos, then the best shot "AFFANNO": Jazz-Funk Hip-Hop super-groove, super-sleazy wah-wah guitar and killer dramatic horns.
