IKE QUEBEC: "BOSSA NOVA SOUL SAMBA" LP - On BLUE NOTE Records, #4114. Scarce vintage jazz Lp! Original MONO pressing with the classic Blue & White labels and the NEW YORK USA address on the labels. "EAR" symbol etched and 'VAN GELDER' stamped in the trail-off on both sides. Thick vinyl, thick laminated cardboard cover. The personnel: Ike Quebec/tenor sax; Kenny Burrell/guitar; Wendell Marshall/bass; Willie Bobo/drums; Garvin Masseaux/chekere. The thick laminated cover is in VG++ shape & displays nicely. No cut-out marks, and the front cover graphics are particularly striking. Address on back cover is 43 West 61st St., New York 23. The vinyl is in VG condition, very glossy in spite of some visible wear & light scratches. There is some occasional surface noise upon playing. Not a high-grade copy of this artifact, but amazingly hard to find in any condition.
