Description
It gives me pleasure to offer this original '64 U.S. mono MEET THE BEATLES lp in such great condition. It is on the flat black CAPITOL rainbow label #T-2047. Numbers stamped are: T1-2047-T10. / T2-2047-P1 1, also has a triangle stamped both sides. Tunes are: I WANNA HOLD YOUR HAND / I SAW HER STANDING THERE / THIS BOY / IT WON'T BE LONG / ALL I'VE GOT TO DO / ALL MY LOVING / DON'T BOTHER ME / LITTLE CHILD / TILL THERE WAS YOU / HOLD ME TIGHT / I WANNA BE YOUR MAN / NOT A SECOND TIME. The cover is a thick heavy cardboard with the number 2 on the back near RIAA logo. Also on the back is a small purple circle with a C inside. On back bottom is: THIS MONOPHONIC MICROGROOVE RECORDING IS PLAYABLE ON MONOPHONIC AND STEREO PHONOGRAPHS, etc, etc. Cover is in very nice condition with just a hint of wear and browning. Seams and spine are clean and strong with NO splits, flaking, wear, etc. Also NO bent or pushed in corners, cut outs, stains, etc. There is an extremely small fine hairline scratch on Ringo's chin that is hard to see in the photo. Lp has clean bright labels with NO spindle marks, etc. Playing surfaces have a deep glossy shine with NO scratches, scuffs, groove wear, defects, etc. I noticed only very minor sleeve surface stains in a small area that do not affect play. A nice find in this CONDITION: COVER NM - - - / LP MINT - - . Comes with blue Cap inner sleeve in near perfect condition, no splits, folds, tears.
