This is one of the most sought after black gospel soul spiritual lps out there. it is an original '63 heavy U.S. LP on SAVOY Label #MG-14077 called: SOUTHWEST MICHIGAN STATE CHOIR OF THE CHURCH OF GOD IN CHRIST Dir. by MATTIE MOSS CLARK, Presiding BISHOP J.S. BAILEY. There are 10 performances they show each one on back cover along with notes on each, see back cover close up photos. this is an early pressing still sealed in thick cardboard cover, shrink wrap has 2 rows of evenly spaced breathe holes running vertical on front and back. there is a small section of shrink torn away bottom right corner, allowing a stamping from a record store to be placed on the cover itself. some of the earliest still sealed lps I acquired have the same stamping. The shrink is the brittle type, it has only light wear, NO bad tears or stains, Cover itself has only a hint of browning on the back, NO cut outs, bent or pushed in corners, stains, splits, etc. Only once in a very great while will I unearth original lps in such beautiful SEALED MINT - CONDITION.
