Description
This is an original '61 deep groove U.S. lp on gold and black LAURIE label #LLP-2009, called: RUN AROUND SUE, by DION, the songs on this lp were played over the radio and on portable 45 turntables everywhere, especially in bergen county. I lived in Bergenfield and my friends would have parties when I was 11 or 12 , that's when I was introduced to playing spin the bottle, postman, and other games. such wonderful memories. The cover is thick cardboard and strong with light wear and tear, no seam or spine splits, bent corners, ring wear, fading, cut corners, punch holes, saw cuts, etc. one corner very slightly pushed in, spine print is very good, lp has nice labels with many faint spindle trails, vinyl is glossy, with no dulling groove wear, defects, or warps. does have many scuffs and a few small, light scratches, I played both sides with my quality turntable and sensitive cartridge, they sounded clean and clear with no distortion, skips, or annoying background noise. I heard only a few occasional soft background ticks, CONDITION: Cover VG + + / Lp VG.
