It gives me pleasure to offer this original '60 thick, heavy, rigid vinyl deep groove U.S. lp on the BLUE NOTE label #BLP-4049. Called: A NIGHT IN TUNISIA, ART BLAKEY & HIS JAZZ MESSENGERS. Stamped in trail off is RVG, and on the label is 47 West 63rd NYC. Players are LEE MORGAN, WAYNE SHORTER, BOBBY TIMMONS, JYMIE MERRITT, & ART BLAKEY. Tunes are: A NIGHT IN TUNISIA / SINCERELY DIANA / SO TIRED / YAMA / KOZO'S WALTZ . Only once in a great while do these early jazz lps surface in such wonderful condition, the lp looks as if never played. Labels are clean and bright with NO spindle marks, wear, etc. Playing surfaces have a deep glossy shine with NO scratches, scuffs, groove wear, defects, mold, etc. The cover is made of thick cardboard with a shiny lamination on front, this lamination is starting to wrinkle, seams and spine have NO splits, and the spine is very strong. The back has only mild wear, also NO bent or pushed in corners, or cut outs. These lps are getting harder to find in this CONDITION: COVER VG++ / LP NM+ .
