I bought this myself from Blacklist mailorder in the early 90's out of Maximumrocknroll Magazine.

I played it a handfull of times and was kept in a plastic outer sleeve.

Comes with the Original Multi-page Booklet. 

First pressing is on white vinyl out of 2,000 Copies. 

Everything is Strong VG+ with only slight wear.
