Operation Ivy 69 Newport Signed w/ art by Tim "Lint" Armstrong Rancid AFI NOFX

You are looking at a copy of Operation Ivy's 69 Newport record that contains the songs "Hedgecore" and "Left Behind" -both recorded Live 8/24/87 at 924 Gilman according to the notes. What makes this record very special is that back in 1994 I saw Rancid on their "Let's Go" tour, and brought this record along to (hopefully) get signed. They were playing a tiny club, and before the show I asked Tim if he would please sign the record. His reply was that he didn't believe in signing things, and I seem to also remember him saying something about looking forward, not in the past (I guess he was referring to Operation Ivy?) Anyways, during the show Rancid announced that their friends from Chicago 88 Fingers Louie were also in town at a different gig, and encouraged everybody to go check out that show after their own was over....So as soon as Rancid was done a small handful of us actually followed Rancid's van across town to see 88 Fingers Louie play a gig in a flower shop (?!?!) When THAT show was over and we were all hanging out in the parking lot Tim approached me and asked if I still had my record..... SO- this was signed in person by Tim aka: Lint, and even cooler is that he did a little drawing on it as well- a little drawing that is VERY similar to the doodle he did on the inside of "And Out Come The Wolves"s liner notes. This is 100% authentic and I will be very sad to see this go, but just hope that it finds a good home.Record's cover is intact with no splits or tears- just a tiny spot of sticker residue on the front top right. Vinyl is free of scratches and plays great.

 -PAYMENT- is due WITHIN 3 DAYS. No excuses. If you do not have the money, or cannot pay for this item within that time period DON'T BID ON IT! If payment is not received within 3 days I will assume that you have forfeited the bid, and will either re-list, or offer the item to another bidder. 
-SHIPPING - Winning bidder will pay $6 for shipping. Items will be shipped out to you within a day or 2 of me receiving the money, and i will email you when the goods are on their way.   -OVERSEAS SHIPPING- I currently use Ebay's Global Shipping Program, which means that I do not have any control over how much the shipping charges may be to anywhere outside of the United States. I can and will provide proof that your goods were shipped. Once it reaches ebay's shipping, or even foreign mail, I am no longer responsible for customs, or any shipping delays
