Description

The World of Historic Opera recordings at the beginning of The 20th Century.

This week, to compliment my showcase of historic Chamber music recordings, I offer a nice compliment of very rare early sound opera 78rpm recordings.

French Tenor, Mons. FRANZ.  Offered is a very rare hand written and 1912 dated Gramophone Test recording of one of the great arias from ROMEO and JULIET.

This rare disc is graded as overall near E+ with great angel back

The World of Grand Opera in the first 30 years of The 20th Century
