Description
Up for auction is a copy of Old Funeral's Devoured Carcass 7" EP. This is one of the best pieces from my collection and I'm putting it up for auction to fund some upcoming traveling. I will be sad to see it go, but hopefully someone else will give it a good home. In case you aren't aware of who Old Funeral were, they were the band that both Abbath from Immortal and Varg from Burzum were in before they went on to form the bands they became famous for. This 7" features Varg on it and even has his old address on the back for contact. Abbath had already left the band before this recording and is not featured here. Anyway, this is a piece of black metal history right here!
Not only is this a super rare piece, but both the sleeve and the disc are in amazing condition. The disc is flawless and shows no signs of wear or any marks at all. The sleeve is also in great shape, but it does have a couple of minor creases. Overall this thing is in amazing condition for something so old and obviously printed on a budget. It comes with a folded lyrics sheet which can be seen in the pictures.
