~ Edison 5 inch Brown Wax Concert Cylinder Record & Box ~
Up for auction is a rare Edison 5 inch Brown Wax Concert Cylinder Record & Case/Box. It has what appears to be the the original box and lid. The lid of the cylinder box, is makred with Catalogue No 170. Niether the side of the box nor the record itself is numbered. The cylinder is in nice solid condition, with no cracks. There is minor wear along the edges, near the top and bottom, but the playing surface appears to be in great condition with no scratches. The box and lid are in nice condition however, the top of the lid is darker and has some writing on it.Please feel free to email with any questions or for more information prior to bidding on the item.
