Description

This is Okeh Records 8049, Lizzie Miles The Trixie Blues (acc. by Ricketts' Stars) b/w Eva Taylor 12th Street Rag (acc. by Clarence Williams). The record is in E (+) condition showing almost no signs of wear and playing quietly. The  labels are excellent with light spindle marks but with II.K. etched in the label on both sides. An Okeh sleeve is included as well. The record was visually and play graded by my friend Wade Wright owner of Jack's Record Cellar in San Francisco the authority on 78s here in the city who used VJM rating standards. All 78s will be packed in oversized boxes with cardboard sandwiches and plenty of padding. This is an excellent collector's grade copy of this rare original issue. This is the first listing of a wonderful collection of 78s that I will be selling (slowly) over the next few months. Please check our other listings as we discount shipping for multiple wins. Thanks for looking.
