It is the 1966 DUTCH mono release, comes in original Picture Sleeve (PS).

RECORD [with original center] is in VERY GOOD++ condition; [several little surface hairlines visible; record plays great with here and there a few light cracklings on the A-side. MORE Cracklings on B-side. Light "wave" in record, has no effect on playing! LISTEN YOURSELF!!!]
SLEEVE is in VERY GOOD+++ condition [bit of ring/recordshape visible + recordopening somewhat lightly wrinkled]
