We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office. Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. We use an ultrasonic KLAudio machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. It's almost mythical to collectors, being extremely unavailable as an original issue; fetching ridiculous prices any rare time it's offered for sale.

The SCORPION album remains special ... - an entertaining Kim Fowley produced album, featuring a heavy Kim presence (at EVER best) c/o song credits and wild-man vocals on a number of tracks (in line with the rest of his "product" from the 60's era.)

SCORPION was in fact MNW / "Green Light" label head honcho Bo Anders Larsson's own one-off project. Larsson had previously been in Tintacs who had two singles out in the late 60's. - ”I Am the Scorpion”, was produced by Sunset Strip/L.A. hipster Kim Fowley, it's like the evil cousin to his "OUTRAGEOUS" Lp, only tons 'more rare' and better...
Delivered in a stunning monochromatic (silver-foil) sleeve, ”I Am the Scorpion” is an often wild affair, reminiscent of the Stooges or any other late 60's/early 70's Detroit "kick Out The Jammers" band of your choice. -
Side A of the album is hard-boiled psych rock with FRANTIC fuzz guitars. The title track (I AM THE SCORPION) is a total classic, as are the garage-psych freakbeat GEMS: ”Hey Girl, I'm Ugly” and the heavy ”Red Queen of the Underground”, plus the great ”Blues for Jimi Hendrix”.
So If you want to know why this album is in such high demand, these tracks ought to explain it having acid-guitars going into harsh recorded red-zones with drums pounding on your eardrums -
Side two is much more in a 60's beat-rocker style, having cool grooves such as the freakbeat rumbler ”Hey La La La” ....
”I Am the Scorpion” is as heavy and rough as underground psych-rock got in 1970, up there with the best and rawest from the U.S. garage rock era.

- The cover: rated: VG+ despite grade, of better SILVER FOIL covers you'd hope to find - IF found in any condition.
- Silver foil covers from 50+ years couldn't be expected to last, so fragile, scrapes and abrasions are expected; knowingly so, doubtful any "minty" cover exists! So this '70 original, understood, is highly collectible, light scuffs only, otherwise intact, solid as a one-piece fold-over with designed inner sleeve pocket housing the record, which in this case is graded EX (excellent) & better! There is a small white spot at top right front cover, otherwise nothing extreme, including no delete marks, no split seams, no writing ...original first 1970
- The vinyl: Rated: EX (excellent) despite one visible light/soft scuff line ...a collection artifact playing highly enjoyable-enjoyable audio EX/M- all the way!! And both NMW-GREEN LIGHT labels are VERY clean...
