Description

A rare copy of Speakers Corner 180gram pressing of Days of Future Passed, Moody Blues.  The title was released in 1998 under licence from Decca (Deram).  The original release was in 1967. 
This release is sought after because it is a high quality pressing from a company that sought to produce audiophile quality sound from the original master tapes of previous exceptional recordings.  Indeed comparing the original release with this pressing in stunning.  There is much more detail and the bass notes are precise and clear whilst the voices are articulate.  Pressing on high quality heavy vinyl ensures a quite background that further enables the listener to enjoy the the music.
One of the earliest groups to develop a concept album combining orchestra with a 'modern' band.  The Beatles did their first concept album with Sargent Pepper and The Who released Tommy.
The retailer removed the disc from it's album and placed it outside of the cover.  This was to protect the cover from splits caused by the disc movement during transport. This is therefore an open copy. This copy has not been played and the disc was only removed to photograph the label to confirm that it is the release described.  The album has been kept in a dust proof outer wrap and stored carefully since I purchased the album when it was released. I have classified this copy as like new mint minus because it is an open copy that has not been played..  Please check the photos carefully to ensure that you are satisfied with the grading and description.
Due to the rarity and value of this issue it will be posted to the successful domestic bidder using the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service..  The album will be double boxed to help ensure it is received in the condition sent.  If the domestic purchaser wishes a different Royal Mail track service please request before payment. I will post overseas using the Royal Mail International Track and Sign.  There could be delays since Royal Mail have had cyber attacks and post offices have not been processing overseas shipments..  An overseas buyer may be subject to additional costs such as taxes usually collected by the delivery service prior or upon delivering the item.
