My eBay name is 'punky_music' and I'm a full-time record dealer since nearly 30 years
Perfect, absolutely perfect UPRIGHT CITIZENS punk from 1981. The name of this German punk band is OUT OF ORDER and the singer of the group is originally from England. Their only LP release was pressed on famous Hardcore Punk label 'H'art Music' in 1981 (catalogue number H 002). Label mates are HASS (= Hate) and UPRIGHT CITIZENS. This extremely good LP titled 'Open Prison' and features a fantastic cover version of the CRISIS track 'Holocaust'. All in all you can listen to 16 really loud blasters. What a shame, it's their only LP release.
