OTIS SPANN ~ THE BLUES OF LP

 

Original 1964 U.K. mono pressing released on the Decca label LK 4615.

Super rare blues album featuring Spann on piano and vocals accompanied by guitar, bass and drums.  Produced by the legendary Mike Vernon and engineered by a very young Gus Dudgeon.  Almost impossible to find.

 

The laminated sleeve is lovely.  It still has a full glossy sheen and virtually no wear at all.  NEAR MINT condition.  The vinyl is a real stunner.  Barely a spindle mark in sight.  An absolutely gorgeous NEAR MINT.  Virtually perfect throughout.
