Description

Superb example of a rare original 1978 vinyl pressing of the fabulous Ossie All Stars dub reggae LP "Leggo Dub". This is a fourth pressing copy, which was the first to feature a plimsole sleeve

The record has ten tracks produced by Ossie Hibbert and features contributions from The Aggrovators, The Revolutionaries and Soul Syndicate. According to 'Discogs.com' seven of those ten are dub versions of songs from the Hibbert-produced Gregory Isaacs album "Mr. Isaacs".

This LP is dub at it's very best with sounds of dogs barking, telephones ringing, sirens wailing and even toilets flushing included in the mix.

It's on the 'Cash And Carry Records' label, based at 25 Orange Street, Jamaica.  There is no catalogue number on the sleeve or record labels but inscriptions in the runout grovves read "1460 A G ISACCA" on the first side and "1460 B Dub LP G ICSSAC" on the second side.

The vinyl has hardly been used, looks virtually new and plays just about perfectly. There is just one miniscule mark on the vinyl at the start of track 1, side 1 which results in an almost inaudible 'click' at around 28 seconds and 30 seconds. Overall condition: "Excellent".

The thick card sleeve shows fair/moderate wear, most noticeable along the extreme opening edge.. Condition: "Very Good".
