TOP RARE and absolutely one of the best Oscar Rocchi's Library LP. This is the same record of POP-PARAPHRENIA released on FonoVideo label, with same matrix number stamped on dead wax. Just incredible and totally killer Jazz-Funk vibes with an outstanding Tullio de Piscopo drumming sessions to die for. Oscar Rocchi at Fender Rhodes and organ accompained by his strict collegue Giancarlo Barigozzi on flute and Sax Soprano. Fantastic and complete album, features the best Jazz-Funk, Funky and Jazzy Breaks samples on side A and stellar Experimental Avantgarde Jazz sounds on side B. Psychedelic and Moody, beatiful as much as RARE. Some tracks were used in 1972 and 1973 as Soundtracks for Italian TV shows theme songs.

Side A starts with "WILD NIGHT FLIGHT", super Jazzy drums jam with sweet Fender Rhodes notes for a Lounge Jazz noctural trip. "HUNTING BIRDS" is one of the best Jazz-Funk tunes made in Italy my opinion: Incredible Jazz drums with Fender Rhodes and Psychedelic guitar notes, Hammond Funk and superb Barigozzi's Soprano Sax; outstanding De Piscopo's odd tempo drumming set, just dreamy. Caotic flight patterns on "FLIGHT OF FANCY" with Free Jazz rhytimcs and super fast Swing.  Lovely theme "PEACOCK STRUT" provides groovy drum Breaks, superb bassline and sweet flute jam and Moog. Mental stoned flute and samples on "MATING CALL": crispy electric piano and organ with always the incredible De Piscopo's drums mark, top of the top odd tempo Jazz-Funk . "BIG CLOWN" is maybe the best shot with Tullio de Piscopo here providing some tof the hottest drum Breaks ever on Barigozzi's flute, Oscar Rocchi's organ and killing Psychedelic guitar. More Breaks and samples on the following "BIG TOUGH BIRDS" which closes the side, Psychedelic groovy Jazz with excellent percussions set. On the other side "NIGHT LIFE" features amazing Electronic percussive atmosphere, perfectly suites the Drama Jungle night sounds. Moody suspicious theme "LOOKOUT", Free Jazz Sax improvisations on "NIGHT FIGHT". Pain heavy Fuzz theme on "SICK CHICK" with obsessive Electronics. "SONG TO THE SUN" is another masterpiece, cinematic Easy Listening start with lovely flute theme, then the Fender Rhodes, Harspichord and guitar come with the unmissable Jazz-Tempo drumming set.  Don't sleep on this bomb!!!
