ORIIGINAL 1977 WHITE LABEL PROMO LINDA RONSTADT SIMPLE DREAMS VINYL LP NEAR MINT . Highly sought after for it's stellar sound quality, this is the original 1977 white label promotional pressing with beautiful gatefold cover and photo inner sleeve suitable for display and record near mint (especially rare to find an original promo with record this nice).   As you can see in picture 2 the upper right hand corner of the sleeve is wrinkled . The grading are my opinion I am not a grader I am a collector and cosmetically and visually this is a great looking album vinyl as well as the jacket. Take a look at the pictures for condition and description ask questions before bidding selling as is. As can be seen in picture 1 a small sticker the size of a quarter  the top left corner I did not try to remove NOT SURE IF THIS MAKES IT LESS THEN NEAR MINT .
