Up for sale is an original Hib-Tone Records pressing of R.E.M.'s legendary debut single, Radio Free Europe b/w Sitting Still (HT0001).

This is the highly collectible second version of the Hib-Tone release with address printed on the label. One of the most important independent rock singles of the 1980s and the record that launched R.E.M.'s career, original Hib-Tone copies remain among the most sought-after items in alternative and college-rock collecting.

This copy has been fully play tested.

Condition Notes:
The record plays through without skips. However, there are several audible clicks at the very beginning of "Radio Free Europe." After the opening section the remainder of the record plays very well. Please see photos.
