                                     ORIGINAL Decca SXL 2194  ED1 WBG    PAGANINI   24 Caprices   RUGGIERO RICCI   1960

 One of many quality ORIGINAL classical recordings MAINLY UK FIRST PRESSINGS I will be listing over the coming days all from a SUPERB ONE OWNER COLLECTION purchased new in the "Golden Age"  1950s-60s. I have acquired the collection direct from the gentleman's widow - they were bought from new, mostly PLAYED ONCE on highest quality equipment and recorded on reel to reel and then ARCHIVED away.  I will point out any flaws (should there be any) as I individually list each one.  

This one is a UK original Stereo DECCA SXL 2194 Wide Band Groove (ED1 label - "Original Recording" at 10 O' clock),  SCALLOPED flipback with 1960 date (R.S.2/60/1094), matrix 2e, 2e.   Liner sleeve in mint condition. The labels are in near mint condition.  Outer  sleeve is in superb condition.  The vinyl is NEAR MINT with just a couple of very faint wispy lines in strong light & looks like only been played one or two times MAXIMUM - I test played this album on highest quality equipment from start to finish and the audio is stunning.  Please note any lines visible on the vinyl in my scans are simply light reflections and are NOT on the record.  This grades as NEAR MINT and a FINAL UPGRADE.
