This auction is for the extremely rare opportunity to own a genuine piece of rock and roll history.
This is an original promotional / souvenir poster for one of the greatest… sorry, scratch that… THE GREATEST ROCK BAND ON EARTH, IN THE UNIVERSE, EVER!!!
LED ZEPELLIN!
The poster was to promote Led Zeppelin live at Wembley at the Empire Pool in November 1971, the first ever rock concert to happen at Wembley. It is one of very few ever printed and even fewer which remain in existence. It is a family heirloom which has been handed down to me and I am loathed to sell. My family were promoters of the concert, and can vouch for the rarity of the poster and its authenticity.
It measures a whopping 78cm x 100cm

As you can see in the pics, the artwork is fantastically psychedelic and would look stunning on any rock fans wall.
Sorry to state the obvious, but the SAMPLE text was added in photoshop in an attempt to stop pirate thieves and to protect the authenticity of the poster.
Considering its age, the poster is in good condition. It has not been kept flat, so there are some very slight creases, and a couple of insignificant grease spots on the back (which you can’t see from the front), but once you have had it professionally framed it will look as good as new. The colours remain very vivid.
The poster will be sent in a postal tube, which I will do my best to waterproof.
