ORIGINAL 1968 FRANCE FIRST PRESSING Francoise Hardy - Comment Te Dire Adieu LP on vinyl record 1968, Disques Vogue, CLD 728
• This album contains the highly sought after translated cover of Leonard Cohen's "Suzanne" • This is the first pressing from France in 1968, not the Canadian pressing in 1969!
Record: SOLID VG NO SKIPS! No abrasive scratches or blemishes. Shiny vinyl with lots of surface scuffing all around and light hairlines. A couple of light scratches but they are not deep at all. Lots of visual wear, definitely. Decent original pressing from France!
Jacket: VG NO RING WEAR! The color on each side of the jacket is actually in fairly nice condition with some light fading but where the jacket really shows wear is along the edges. The binding has flattened out and there is a lot of edge wear near the vinyl opening slit. There are no seam splits inside the jacket where the vinyl touches the edges but the binding is beginning to tear 2" at the bottom. Browning to areas that were originally white. Laminated cover looks fairly nice.
Item is about 45 years old, general wear is to be expected.
