Near Mint copy of MFSL #1-514 Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab original master recording of OREGON “Distant Hills” on Super Vinyl LP. Limited edition half-speed mastered LP
Vinyl Condition: Near Mint, Like New
Condition of cover is VG+ to Excellent. There is a 2” seam split at the top of the jacket; otherwise Near Mint.

This LP. pressed by the Victor Company in Japan for Mobile Fidelity, is a half-speed recording and is made directly from the original master tapes on unique Super Vinyl (the best LP vinyl ever made and no longer available). For protection the LP comes in a special static, dust free inner sleeve and then is enclosed in a protective inner cardboard protective folder. MFSL original master vinyl recordings are among the best LP recordings and the older Japanese LPs are truly in a class by themselves (super vinyl) and all long out of print.
This record was part of my father's audiophile LP collection. I am selling a number of other sealed and near-mint condition Jazz, Classical, Rock, and World Music LPs. All were well-cared for and stored upright, most in protective covers, in a smoke-free, climate controlled environment.
