Hello there!

Orange Juice debut single "Blue Boy" c/w "Love Sick" on Postcard Records, PC 80-2.

This is the original, first pressing with blue labels and limited edition hand-coloured, fold out sleeve. The front and back of the sleeve were  printed in black & white, then individually customised by the band using felt-tip pens. My copy includes the comments "Rimbaud" and "Love Steven DJ x" on the back cover. The same sleeve was also used for the debut Josef K. single, "Radio Drill Time", just folded the opposite way  (please see picture 5 and you'll see what I mean). I have that single, too, so please contact me for details if you're interested.

The sleeve is in excellent condition; no rips or creases and no discolouration - please see the photos. There is a small white sticker on the back cover with "67" on it. I could remove it safely (the sleeve is printed on gloss paper), but have left it on for the sake of completeness.

The vinyl has no marks or scratches and plays as well as it looks. The run-out groove is etched with "A porky prime cut" and "When is an artist at his most dangerous?" / "When he's drawing a gun"... you don't get that on an mp3.

I can't believe this looks pretty much as good as it did 33 years ago, when I bought it from R.E. Cords in Burton (man, that makes me feel old!), but it has been kept upright in a protective plastic sleeve for all of that time. 

I'm reluctant to sell this little piece of history, but at least I have it ripped to PC (not the same as playing the record though, is it?). Postage is FREE in the UK only and rest assured, the packaging will be absolutely superb (see my feedback).
